Customer Support Specialist – Level 1
Flat Rock Technology Ltd. is a full-service software development company specialising in building web, mobile and desktop-based applications.
We are searching for a Customer Support Specialist – Level 1 who is going to support the development process of internal and client facing web applications.
• Work with our customers to resolve technical issues and maintain high customer satisfaction but providing fast response time, manage expectations and providing clear feedback
• Provide first-level technical support via telephone, email or chat as per SLA (service-level-agreement) while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Work across multiple teams, projects and technologies
• Work with SLA’s and ensure that the company adhere to the agreed KPIs
• Work closely with our technical teams to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
• Issue and maintain support requests in our ticketing system to effectively communicate information to the technical teams and to our customers
• Fluent English – both verbal and written
• German language is an advantage
• Comfortable working with flexible working hours
• Customer-oriented, ability to manage support queries professionally
• Have a basic understanding of software development is an advantage
• Experience in customer service via telephone, e-mail and direct application support experience
