gotikket approached us with the goal to ease the pent-up frustration in South-eastern Europe for a smoother, frictionless, more efficient booking and purchasing process from any device. The client wanted to create a web and mobile platforms that would deliver value to both, the end customer, as well as the bus companies.
The main idea of the project was to create a powerful, secure and easy to use platform that would enable customers to purchase bus tickets on desired existing routes in the country or internationally at any time, even before boarding the bus.
We aimed to deliver a seamless experience for both customers and bus companies, so we crafted a user-friendly platform. Our solution includes a web platform and mobile applications for Android and iOS, enabling customers to book bus tickets on the go, anytime, anywhere.
Additionally, we built an admin portal and API specifically designed for multiple bus companies. This empowers bus ticket providers to effortlessly manage ticket placement and receive bookings through our platform. Our team prioritized custom design and user experience (UX) to ensure an intuitive and easy-to-use platform for all users.
